ANTI-fracking protesters have erected another tower at the gates of the Kirby Misperton fracking site. At around 8pm last night protesters say they snuck the prefabricated tower past police officers guarding the gate.

Six people have been arrested during a protest over fracking at Kirby Misperton, including one man for allegedly carrying a bullet. The 53-year-old was arrested at 2.25pm today in Habton Road, Kirby Misperton, on suspicion of possessing ammunition for a firearm.
