Study: Climate change and Hurricane Harvey’s extreme rains

An article by Chris Mooney of the Washington Post, is a good analysis of a study that postulates that the extreme amount of rain is directly attributable to climate change. He refers to the study in his opening paragraph:

“The extreme rains that inundated the Houston area during Hurricane Harvey were made more likely by climate change, a new study suggests, adding that such extreme flooding events will only become more frequent as the globe continues to warm.”
