Trump seeks big cuts to science across agencies

This article discusses the attempts by Trump to significantly cut the budgets of agencies that historically have been bastions of science.

Trump wants to eliminate a broad swath of the nation’s climate change research infrastructure, including satellites, education programs, and science centers. His budget proposal targets hundreds of millions of dollars in climate science, renewable energy research, and climate mitigation efforts across a variety of federal agencies, including NASA, NOAA, EPA, and the departments of the Interior and Energy.

If he is successful, he will succeed in eliminating programs that he doesn’t like, in favor of polluting industries. He has to be stopped.
