Houston fracker BJ Services plans to go public through an initial public offering of up to $100 million. The Tomball-based hydraulic fracturing company with a 145-year history reemerged as a standalone company at the end of last year when it was spun out of Houston’s Baker Hughes, which is now a part of the General Electric family.
