Chamber of Commerce chiefs in Lancashire are celebrating after scooping an award for their pro-shale gas campaign. The North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce won the Most Effective Campaigning award at the British Chambers of Commerce annual Chamber Business Awards.
